For Suppliers

Submit your LC. Get funded in days.

You have a confirmed letter of credit or a stack of invoices from a creditworthy buyer. You need capital now, not in 90 days. Finanzer's platform takes you from document submission to funded deal in 5–7 business days—without the overhead of traditional bank discounting.

Step by Step

How it works — 7 steps

01

Submit Your Deal

Log into your supplier dashboard. Create a new deal submission. Select your instrument type: letter of credit, invoice, or bill of exchange. Enter the basic deal terms: amount, currency, tenor, issuing bank (for LCs), or buyer name (for invoices).

02

Upload Documents

Upload your supporting documents—LC copy, commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, insurance certificate. The platform tells you exactly which documents are needed based on your instrument type.

03

AI Verification

Finanzer's AI verification engine scans your documents. It cross-references the issuing bank, checks document consistency, screens for sanctions compliance, and flags any discrepancies. This typically takes hours, not the days required by manual bank review.

04

Independent Verification

A platform-assigned verifier reviews the AI output and confirms document authenticity. This human-in-the-loop step ensures quality beyond what automation alone provides.

05

SPV Structuring

Your deal is wrapped in a legally compliant SPV. Token terms are set: discount rate, maturity, and investor allocation. Legal firms are pre-assigned for enforcement if needed.

06

Investor Funding

The SPV tokens are offered to institutional investors. Once funding targets are met, capital flows through on-chain escrow directly to your designated account.

07

Track & Settle

Monitor your deal through the supplier dashboard. Track verification status, funding progress, and payment settlement. When the underlying instrument matures and the buyer pays, the deal closes automatically.
