1. Data Collected
KYC information (via Sumsub), transaction data, wallet addresses, platform usage data, and communication records. All data is collected with explicit consent and for defined processing purposes.
2. Processing Purposes
Identity verification, compliance monitoring, transaction processing, platform improvement, and regulatory reporting. Personal data is processed only for the purposes necessary to operate an institutional debt tokenization platform.
3. Data Sharing
Sumsub (KYC verification), Fireblocks (asset custody), regulatory authorities (as required by law), and pre-assigned legal firms (for enforcement proceedings). We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with marketing third parties.
4. Retention Periods
KYC data retained for 5 years after account closure (as required by AML regulations). Transaction data retained indefinitely for audit purposes. On-chain transaction data is immutable and exists permanently on the blockchain.
5. Data Subject Rights
Right to access, rectification, erasure (subject to regulatory requirements), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing.
